● Initiated awarding of contracts for each building being constructed; pursued supplier wr.t. to contracts from where one could get material easily

● Accomplished a project in its starting phase from the foundation of the processing plant which included seven processing facilities, and a 3 megawatt Power generator plant driven by CNG; situated about 100 Km in the remote location, and was very far from Industrial Market

● Planned international purchase from India China and USA; led spare parts procurement and planning for CAT brand Earth moving equipment as well as liaised with government agencies
